If you already own a MAG250 STB, you can connect to our services for a minimal, one-off connection fee of just £4.50, then choose the subscription package you require.
The STB requires a specific type of wifi dongle which we have tested and hence can recommend that you purchase one from us that will work correctly and is fully compatible with the system. Please note, we will not support wifi dongles bought elsewhere.
In order to view the Media Services on multiple TV sets, you will need to connect a Modulator Unit to the AV output of the STB, and connect the Coaxial cable of your other TV/ TV sets to the output of the modulator unit.
Once connected you will need to set a frequency on the modulator unit, and tune your TV sets to the correct frequency.
(Coaxial Installations in the home are normally not as simple as they look, but your local satellite installer will probably be pleased to assist you).
Yes, on the remote control you will see a set of keys just above the NUMBERS KEYS that allow you to Pause, Play, Stop, Rewind and Fast Forward the CatchUp Recorded Shows. In CatchUp viewing, pressing the INFO button will also show you the program length, and your position within the program. Our catch up service allows you to go back up to 14 days to catch up on your favourite programs.
Press the Fast Forward or Rewind Keys MULTIPLE TIMES to move around in the program, along with PAUSE / PLAY to start or pause playback, and pressing the STOP button will close playback and return you to the CatchUp Menu Screen.

The Audio Club is a new feature available to our Premier clients which allows clients to find a large selection of audio files to listen to. Music on demand for no additional charges as this is included all within the price of the monthly subscription. You can also request any music that you don't currently see on the section and we will add it within 24 hours of the request.
Simple, For faults you need to report within 7 days and we will provide a returns authorization code, once you have a returns code we would then need a tracking number from your local courier to confirm you have returned your box. We will refund 100% of the set top box purchase price. We do not refund any delivery charges. If you would like to take advantage of a replacement set top box we can send out a replacement at our expense and credit you a free month on your account to contribute towards shipping fee's. If you simply change your mind within 14 days then for returned none faulty goods a 30% restocking charge is made, all goods must be returned in their original packaging with full contents enclosed; charges will be incurred for any items missing or damaged. Returns must be paid for by the customer. You must include a returns number; any goods sent back without a returns authorization code will not be accepted. Refunds will exclude delivery cost and 1 months fee paid.
